ABOUT ABOUT

Join us on the first Wednesday of the month at noon, when artists, curators, and guest
speakers present brief (about twenty fascinating minutes) gallery talks related to
special exhibitions. These casual talks are followed by a stop at the Museum Café for
a speedy sampling of Karen Hunter’s lunch menu. Members $15, nonmembers $20.
This month Elaine Mehalakes, vice president for curatorial and education at the Allentown Art Museum, talks about the exhibition Warren Rohrer: The Language of Mark Making.  She is a specialist in modern and contemporary prints and curated and edited American Identities: Twentieth-Century Prints from the Nancy Gray Sherrill Collection (Davis Museum and Cultural Center, Wellesley College, 2004).
