Panel members are:
- Martha Madigan, professor and chair of the Photography Department at Tyler School of Art/Temple University
- Amy Albert Bloom, Ph.D. in art education and women's studies from Penn State and instructor in art education at Kutztown University
- Leigh Kane, whose photos, installations, and videos have been exhibited at White Columns Gallery in New York, the Print Center in Philadelphia, the Minneapolis Photo Center, and elsewhere
