50 MINUTES—Holiday Tour of the Kress Collection

Join us on the first Wednesday of the month at noon, when artists, curators, and guest speakers present brief gallery talks related to special exhibitions. These casual talks are approximately twenty minutes in length, followed by a stop at the Museum Café for a speedy sampling of Karen Hunter’s lunch menu including a soup or salad, half a sandwich, dessert and a beverage.

David Sommers teaches Art History, Spanish, and Comparative World Religions at Moravian Academy in Bethlehem. He is also a resident artist at the Banana Factory. He received a Master’s of Divinity from Moravian Theological Seminary; a Master of Arts in Religious Education from the Presbyterian School of Christian Education; a BA from Temple University, Tyler School of Art; and a BA in Art and Religion from Moravian College.
