The Preview Party gives members and guests a first look at the new Wildlife exhibition, along with access to guest curator David Wagner, who will be in attendance, live music by Dave Fry (courtesy of WDIY 88.1 FM), and complementary Wildlife-themed hors d'oeuvres by Karen Hunter Catering, including duck with apricot and brandy phyllo purse, Arepas with chorizo and manchego cheese, wild salmon and asparagus quiche, and a table of game-inspired charcuterie including pates, terrines, smoked meats, dry cured sausages and artisan cheeses.
The following wildlife organizations also will have reps on hand at the Party to familiarize visitors with regional natural resources: Lehigh Gap Nature Center (Slatington), Wildlands Conservancy (Emmaus), Hawk Mountain (Kempton).
The Museum will also be raffling off a two-person Kelty tent courtesy of the Army & Navy Store (Whitehall), perfect for family camping, backpacking, or backyard fun for the kids. Everyone attending the Preview Party is eligible to win.
